Spring Fair

The Spring Fair is Saturday 21st May 2016. Tickets are now available for lunch, price £5.00. Please donate good quality items for the stalls.  From the beginning of May donated goods can be left on the stage behind the curtains. We need help early on Friday 20th May to set up the tables and sort out goods for sale. New volunteers to help with any aspect of the Spring Fair will be very welcome. Any queries to Ruth Dennis. 

Church Project

Thank you to all who supported the Project Coffee Morning which raised £140.65. Our next event is the Quiz next Saturday, 7th May at 6.45 for 7.00 pm.  Ruth Dennis or Doreen Lock will be pleased to register your teams of 4 to 6 people

St Chads Sanctuary

St Chad’s Sanctuary works with Asylum Seekers and will be collecting clothes throughout the Summer.  Items of clothing can be delivered to Blackwood Methodist Church on the following dates between 10.30 am and 12.00 noon -  Monday 16th May and Monday 11th July.  We require young style slim menswear, men’s trainers and socks size 7-10, men’s t shirts and new ladies underwear size small/medium.  Please do not include any other clothing in this collection.
